NLP RESEARCH ENGINEER

We’re looking for experienced top-notch Data Scientists and Machine Learning experts to help us build our core algorithms and to develop state of the art NLP engines. In this role, you’ll work on huge, unique and not publicly available text corpus, develop AI-based solutions for complex problems and integrate your algorithms into our products.
 
What Will You Do?

  • Build NLP/ML models at the heart of our products.

  • Build infrastructure to support NLP/ML modeling, experimentation, and deployment.

  • Take ownership of NLP/ML trainer tools and data processing pipelines.

  • Brainstorm and prototype algorithmic improvements.


Requirements:
 

  • Bsc, M.S. or Ph.D. in Computer Science, Mathematics or a related field.

  • Academic background in deep learning, natural language processing, machine learning

  • 3+ years’ experience in Deep Learning algorithms

  • 3+ years’ experience with DL frameworks (e.g. TensorFlow, PyTorch, Mxnet, Caffe, etc.)

  • Well-versed and up to date with the latest SOTA NLP techniques and models.

ANGULAR FRONT END DEVELOPER

Requirements:

JUNIOR DevOps And IT

Requirements:

MARKETING SPECIALIST - US

DigitalOwl is looking for a Marketing Specialist experienced in B2B marketing, account management, digital marketing and competitor analysis to join its US operation.  In this role, you will help drive growth of the company's proprietary AI solution in the North American insurance and legal markets by executing effective marketing strategies that help build and retain our customer base.  This is an opportunity to make an impact in the market with a new, cutting-edge technology. 

 

What Will You Do?

  • Work closely with head of sales & marketing, build strategies from the ground up associated with segment and customer-level sales, account management and social media

  • Engage directly with the company's customer base to understand and anticipate needs, and craft solutions accordingly

  • Build and manage a comprehensive database of prospective clients, potential entry points and track all activity  

  • Develop marketing campaigns that address the core needs of the market and analyze their effectiveness 

  • Work with external marketing resources (digital, media, content, print) to maximize the effectiveness of the team

  • Create and update marketing materials for point of sale, email and social media campaigns

  • Continually update and manage the company's social media and website presence to build brand awareness 

 

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Business, Marketing, Advertising or similar

Do you go "above and beyond" to provide solutions and service to others?  DigitalOwl is looking for a Client Service Associate experienced in providing exceptional support to business clients.  In this role, you will help resolve service issues for our insurance company clients and drive retention of our client base.  The successful candidate will help us shape our approach to delivering the best, most consistent service experience in the insurance/legal vendor market. What Will You Do?

  • Respond to a variety of client questions regarding our AI-based solution for insurance companies and others, following through diligently to meet or exceed client expectations

  • Proactively engage with the company's client base to understand their service needs and develop a service plan accordingly

  • Manage a comprehensive service/communication database to track all client interactions to ensure timely and complete follow-through   

  • Collaborate with the sales & marketing team to ensure consistent messaging with clients, to address specific client needs, and to maintain product and service expertise 

  • Support sales and marketing efforts, as needed, through special project work

 

Requirements:

  • High School Diploma required.  Associate's or Bachelor's Degree preferred.

  • 3+ years of experience in a B2B client service role solving complex product or service issues, preferably in a technology services company

  • Strong organization, prioritization, and written/verbal communication skills
