Job opening in Tel-Aviv

OFFICE MANAGER (Tel Aviv)

We are looking for an office manager to help us to manage the Israeli office in Tel-Aviv. The office manager will work closely with the company's CEO and CTO and manage all office needs.

 

What will you do?

  • Oversee and support all administrative duties in the office and ensure that office is operating smoothly.

  • Manage office supplies inventory and place orders as necessary.

  • Performing light accounting and HR work.

  • Develop office policies and procedures, and ensure they are implemented appropriately.

  • Assist with office layout planning and office moves and with managing and maintaining IT infrastructure.

  • Manage office budget.

  • Perform receptionist duties: greet visitors, etc.

  • Provide other administrative support as necessary, including scheduling group meetings, maintaining CEO and CTO calendars, doing research, and creating reports.

 

Requirements:

  • 2-4 years of experience managing an office of more than 25 employees (Startup/Hightech).

  • Strong MS Office Skills. Experience with Monday.com is highly desirable.

  • Experience in light accounting and HR work.

  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to handle multiple competing tasks and priorities.

  • Fluent in Hebrew and English.

  • Highly creative, motivated, and persistent.

ANGULAR FRONT END DEVELOPER

We’re looking for an experienced top-notch front-end developer to help us build our core product. Our applications are complex and challenging, and we are looking for individuals that are up for a challenge. 

 

What will you do?

  • Design and develop our front-end application

  • Integrate our product to SaaS and on-premise environment

 

Requirements:

  • 2+ years of experience in frontend development (Angular 2+)

  • Proficiency in Typescript

NLP RESEARCH ENGINEER

We’re looking for an experienced top-notch Data Scientist and Machine Learning expert to join our team and develop our state-of-the-art NLP engine. In this role, you’ll work on huge, unique and not publicly available text corpus, develop AI-based solutions for complex problems and integrate your algorithms into our products.

 

What will you do?

  • Design and implement ML algorithms and models (especially deep learning models) through in-depth research and experiment with neural network models

  • Conduct research to advance the state of the art in deep learning and provide technical solutions at scale for real world challenges in various scenarios

  • Apply ML algorithms/models to support research on company level

 

Requirements:

  • BSc or a higher degree in Computer Science, Mathematics or a related field

  • Academic background in Deep Learning, Natural Language Processing, Computer Vision, or Machine Learning

CLIENT SERVICE MANAGER - US

The Client Service Manager coordinates DigitalOwl’s client relationships and manages ongoing client accounts to drive high retention, loyalty, and satisfaction.  This position assures the adoption of DigitalOwl’s products and services, driving long-term value aligned with clients’ focused outcomes.

 

The ideal candidate for the Client Service Manager role will be persistent, flexible, goal-oriented, and looking to grow their career with this exciting new company. What Will You Do?

  • Serve as a lead point of contact for customers and clients.

  • Oversee the onboarding of new clients.

  • Partner with the sales team to support development of statement of work and process integration. 

  • Ensure that implementation requirements are achieved through collaboration with internal DigitalOwl operations.

  • Engage with DigitalOwl client base to understand and creatively manage service needs.

  • Analyze customer inquiries and recommendation of DigitalOwl process improvements, if needed.

  • Ensure DigitalOwl achieves all agreed upon key performance metrics for its client base.

  • Manage and track all client interactions in DigitalOwl’s customer relationship database.

  • Prepare reports on account statuses.

  • Collaborate with the sales team to ensure consistent, dynamic messaging with clients and promote product expertise.

  • Support sales and marketing activities, as needed, through special project work.

  • Forecast and track account metrics (revenue, pages processed, TAT, etc.)

 

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Business or similar or equivalent experience.

  • 5-7 years of experience delivering client-focused solutions.

  • Proven ability to juggle multiple accounts and account activities at a time while maintaining sharp attention to detail and a great attitude.

  • Ability to listen, communicate, present, and influence key clients and internal stakeholders.

  • Proven service attitude that exudes empathy and promotes problem-solving.

  • Demonstrated strong interpersonal skills.

  • Demonstrated organizational skills to prioritize competing client needs and meet commitments/deadlines.

  • Aptitude to adapt to new CRM, project management, and office tools.  Previous experience with these tools is highly desirable.

  • Strong MS Office Skills.  Experience with Salesforce is highly desirable.

  • Experience servicing the insurance sector and some medical knowledge are helpful, as is familiarity with HIPAA privacy standards.

  • Understanding of the insurance underwriting and claims process.

  • Familiarity with AI solutions desirable.

  • Strong organizational and quality management skills with ability to handle multiple, competing tasks and priorities.

  • Highly creative, motivated, and persistent.
