Meet Whitney Barnes: Our New Sales Director at DigitalOwl

I couldn't be more excited to share the news that I've officially joined the incredible team at DigitalOwl as a Sales Director. It's an honor to be part of a company that's transforming the way we review and understand medical records through groundbreaking AI technology.

For those of you who don’t know me, let me introduce myself. With over 20 years in the Life Insurance Risk Assessment Industry, I've gained invaluable insights along the way. My journey started by selling paramed exams with ExamOne in vibrant markets like Portland, Oregon, and Washington, DC. Later, I returned to my hometown of Kansas City and ventured into offering oral fluid testing solutions to Insurance Carriers with OraSure Technologies.

My recent roles with MIB involved spearheading data solutions to combat fraud and working with members to access EHR records that speed up the underwriting process. Then, at Milliman, I was forging relationships with new data sources to offer more efficient underwriting solutions to the market I've come to love. Now, as Sales Director at DigitalOwl, I'm taking on a new challenge—revolutionizing the way underwriters and claims analysts review and understand medical records.

Apart from my work at DigitalOwl, I'm actively involved in industry organizations like AHOU, where I serve as the VP of the Program Committee. I'm also a Co-Membership Chair on the SEHOUA board and Secretary for the KC Risk Selectors board. These roles keep me at the forefront of industry trends and connected with visionary leaders.
